Waffle Sandwich
Try Everest Ice Cream’s Fudgin’ good triple stacker waffle sandwiches
Ingredients
Choc-a-lot Sandwich
- 2 Waffles
- 2 Scoops of milk chocolate ice cream
- Chocolate fudge sauce
- 20g smarties for decoration
- Melted milk chocolate (For dipping)
Rolling in the Dough Sandwich
- 2 Waffles
- 2 Scoops of cookies & cream ice cream
- Chocolate fudge
- Crushed oreo biscuit for decoration
- Melted milk chocolate (For dipping)
Strawberry Loving Sandwich
- 2 Waffles
- 2 Scoops of strawberry summer ice cream
- Strawberry Sauce
- Gold sprinkles for decoration
- Melted white chocolate (For dipping)
Method
- Assembly your waffle sandwiches one by one.
- Grab 1 waffle – add your sauce, top with a scoop of ice cream and top with the second waffle.
- Decorate – dip half your sandwich into melted chocolate and roll in sprinkles, smarties or crushed oreo to finish
