Ingredients
- 6 x Mission 6in Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded ham
- 1 x zucchini (coarsely shredded)
- I cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 x eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups Mainland Cheese Light Tasty Shredded
- Olive oil, salt and pepper as needed
Method
- Cook at 160°C for 20-25 mins (until golden Brown)
