American Cheese Burger

  • 2 beef burger patties
  • 2 bacon rashers
  • 1 milk burger bun
  • 40 g Western Star Easy Spread butter
  • 4 slices Anchor Burger Cheese
  • 40 ml tomato ketchup or bbq sauce
  • 10 g yellow mustard
  • 20 g pickle, sliced


  1. Season and grill the 2 burger patties on high heat until golden brown.
  2. Sear and cook the bacon rashers until crisp.
  3. Lay 2 slices of cheese over each burger patty and allow to melt.
  4. Split burger buns, evenly spread butter on each halves and toast.
  5. Layout the bun bottom, smear with mustard and build the 1 burger cheese patty, 1 slice of bacon and pickles, repeat process.
  6. rush the top bun with mustard and tomato ketchup, place on top.
  7. Serve with crispy french fries and aioli.
